They dramatize mistakes and never celebrate you are doing your job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday I left early, partly due to the network being down so I couldn\u2019t connect to Site Manager.&nbsp; I finished what had to be done later. On the way home I stopped at Oak Hills McMenamins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also have to do the deal of the day both on Christmas and the day after.&nbsp; I should receive more honor for such selfless acts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I must work on Jonah more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am not looking forward to the next one on one with my boss. The last one was a series of attacks on me. I am just doing Gold Violin, so I have a lot of extra time and the extra duties I have been assigned apparently don\u2019t count. Therefore why am I not doing all of the other things.
