The Powers That Be, according to some reader reviews on Amazon, summarizes the 3 earlier ‘powers’ books, in which he identifies what in the Bible are referred to as demons or evil beings, are actually structures in the world that cause bad conditions to persist (from what I know of him). I’ve read similar concepts in N.T. Wright and Marcus Borg (‘domination systems’).
