I’m starting to live in fear of the one on one. They dramatize mistakes and never celebrate you are doing your job.

Yesterday I left early, partly due to the network being down so I couldn’t connect to Site Manager.  I finished what had to be done later. On the way home I stopped at Oak Hills McMenamins.

I also have to do the deal of the day both on Christmas and the day after.  I should receive more honor for such selfless acts. 

I must work on Jonah more.

I am not looking forward to the next one on one with my boss. The last one was a series of attacks on me. I am just doing Gold Violin, so I have a lot of extra time and the extra duties I have been assigned apparently don’t count. Therefore why am I not doing all of the other things. I think I might push back on this.
